Delivery & shipping policy
The delivery charge for your order is shown at checkout, before you pay. It depends on where you are and the packed weight of the parcel.
Our own delivery area
- PIN codes starting 4012…, 4013… (Nallasopara, Naigaon, Vasai, Virar): delivered by our own transport, free for bath fittings, sanitaryware and other parcels.
- Esscon Water Tank: transport charge ₹200 per order (bulky items).
- Prince Water Tank: transport charge ₹200 per order (bulky items).
- Simplex Water Tank: transport charge ₹200 per order (bulky items).
- Tiles: transport charge ₹300 per order (bulky items).
Courier — all over India
Charged by packed weight (per 0.5 kg) and destination zone, including packing and GST. Delivery usually takes 3–7 days after dispatch.
- Maharashtra & Goa: from ₹130 (up to 0.5 kg), ₹190 for 1 kg, ₹320 for 2 kg
- Metro cities: from ₹150 (up to 0.5 kg), ₹240 for 1 kg, ₹400 for 2 kg
- Rest of India: from ₹170 (up to 0.5 kg), ₹260 for 1 kg, ₹450 for 2 kg
- North-East, J&K, Ladakh, Himachal, islands: from ₹240 (up to 0.5 kg), ₹380 for 1 kg, ₹680 for 2 kg
Delivered only in our area
Esscon Water Tank, Prince Water Tank, Roff, Simplex Water Tank, Tiles are delivered only in Nallasopara, Naigaon, Vasai, Virar. For other places, place a delivery request and we arrange delivery near you when possible.
